FREE Reusable Bag Coupon in Safeway's Circular [4/7 - 4/13]

I went to Safeway this evening had a total of just $20.00 before coupons. There is a coupon for a FREE REUSABLE BAG with purchase of $40 in groceries in the circular valid through 4/13/10 but it worked on my purchase!

I grabbed the bag that is pictured on the coupon and it scanned without any beeps!
