$2.00 in FREE ECB?!?!

I am hearing that when you scan your ExtraCare card at the scan machine at CVS everyone is receiving $2.00 in ECB to spend within the next three days. Have you received one of these coupons? I am going to CVS tomorrow so we’ll see if I get it too.
